Product Builder, Champion Health Company: Champion Health Location: Fully remote. You'll be based in the UK or Europe. About You If you are applying for this role, your CV will need to demonstrate the skills and experiences we have set out in the role requirements for you to move forward in the process. Your responsibilities Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Champion Health objectives and market trends, with a focus on continuous research of product market fit. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to identify product requirements and specifications alongside the Head of Product. This is with the aim of ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement. Continuously gather, analyse and prioritise customer feedback, conduct discovery interviews and surveys, and analyse product metrics, to understand the opportunities and enhance product functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product vision, progress, and updates effectively. Define OKRs, KPIs, and product metrics and review data to come up with ways to improve the product. Our requirements Proven experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a SaaS or technology-driven innovative environment. Familiarity with leading Product Management frameworks - Opportunity Solution Tree, Continuous Discovery, RICE, JTBD, Customer Journey, and experience with working accordingly to them. Understanding of Product Discovery and Delivery Principles. Understanding of agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success in driving product initiatives, with a focus on delivering measurable business results. Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to exceed customer expectations.
