Product Developer with Alteryx in Bucuresti

Thanks to a strong regional presence and our multi-disciplinary approach, we are ideally placed to meet the requirements of a wide range of clients. Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provides taxation, immigration & social security advice to multinational companies and their global employees. We have established in 2017 a Regional Delivery Centre in Bucharest to provide invaluable support to client facing professionals throughout Europe (currently supports 13 European Deloitte Member firms in managing these accounts). By centralizing standard processes and administrative support we are seeking to drive process change and efficient working across the practice. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Product developer with extensive Alteryx experience to contribute to tool creation and enhance our capabilities in this area to be part of our Product development team. The Product development team supports our delivery center and the Member firms in developing automation tools in Alteryx, VBA, Salesforce, Nintex and C#. Who we’re looking for •Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary in computer science or Information technology with experience in a corporate environment with a developer/data or IT focus; •It is preferred for the ideal candidate to have an Alteryx certification. •A deep understanding of Alteryx capabilities and limitations as well as potential work arounds or innovations using complementary solutions. •Have superior analytical and organizational skills; •Good experience with MS Office and Office 365; •Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success; •Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems. •Good time-management skills; •Great interpersonal and communication skills in English; •Open to work in an international environment; •Nice to have, but not mandatory, experience in Python or VBA Your future role •Develop Alteryx workflows and upload them in the Gallery •Advanced knowledge of data manipulation & conversion tools such as Alteryx •Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English language); •Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. •Complete and thorough documentation to support all system modifications and enhancements. •Maintain proactive communication and transparency with key internal and external stakeholders to provide status of projects •Ability to juggle multiple high priority projects, while delivering quality work in a timely manner.
