If you are an ambitious self-starter hungry to make a difference in today’s capital markets, you will be a good fit at Trading Central.Who are you?Trading Central has an aggressive roadmap for new product development and requires an experienced and energetic person to coordinate and lead the team.Main requirements:You have at least 3 years of experience deploying product requirements for software products (working with agile methodology, SaaS model & SCRUM/SCRUMBAN ideally) with a strong analytical capability including ability to work with quantitative analytics.You are a quick decision maker with an aptitude for providing solutions.You are a strong collaborator (team player as well as an individual contributor) with a proved ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary, and able to engage effectively with teams (proven negotiation skills).You are capable of managing multiple stakeholders (external/ internal) on the best course of action for the product and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals.You have an affinity for Investing or Stock Trading.What will we do together?Joining our global team, in this role you will be responsible for product direction and management of Trading Central’s productsYour main responsibilities will be:Write needed User Stories for features/product developmentFollow NEXT Scrumban agile development methodology (attending all needed ceremonies)Work with development to have features implementedManage product roadmap and releases from a PM perspective (ensure sprints planning for User Stories)Support and work collaboratively with development teams to ensure best deliveryAct as subject matter expert ensure quality in all product deliverablesServe as a technical resource to sales and serviceEnsure stories are well documented including adequate acceptance testsMonitor the burndown rates and efficiency of the teams and implement improvementsEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the sprintsAttend all needed Scrumban ceremoniesPlan development teams sprints to ensure that all needed User Stories are being worked on in the right sprints to deliver on roadmap and release plans.Ready to apply?We invite you to submit your resume.We thank all applicants; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
