Responsibilities and key activities: ·Define a product backlog with product manager’s support. ·Deliver prioritized product features, user stories and tasks, together with development teams.·Write clear and concise epics and user stories with acceptance criteria that define the functionality to be developed.·Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to gather and refine requirements.·Regularly communicate progress, changes, and updates to stakeholders.·Validate that the delivered product increment meets the acceptance criteria and fulfills the business needs.·Lead backlog refinement, review and planning. ·Work with the team to plan releases and set release goals based on business priorities and market needs.·Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to create a realistic delivery schedule.·Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.·Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.·Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.·Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies.·Participate in a discovery phase and play an active role in finding market fit. ·Do other tasks assigned by a manager Qualifications and Experience: ·A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science·Minimum 4 years of experience as a product owner·Deep understanding of the fintech industry·Very good knowledge of English – minimum B2·Minimum 4 years of experience in agile methodology environmentSkills & Knowledge: ·The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.·Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success.·A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features.·Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential·The ability to prioritize features and tasks based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.·Understanding of the technical aspects of software development·The ability to foster a collaborative work environment·Strong problem-solving skillsBehavioral Competencies: Customer centricityOwnershipEmpathyCourageOpenness About usAt PayU, we are a global fintech investor and our vision is to build a world without financial borders where everyone can prosper.
