Product Production Planner in Blaj

Job DescriptionFollows the general project plan (according to the client's requirements) and draws up the project plan at the factory level for new and transfer projects;Prepares the part number list, related activities and follows their implementation;Organizes meetings in order to follow the project implementation plan (new or transfer);Responsible for final client release, including post-audit action plans;Is responsible for the final approval of the production line (internal release);Prepares action plans following the client's audits and sends them according to the agreed term, follows the actions and clarifies with the client the observations made during the audit;Follows the database of customer requirements;Provides support in preparing and coordinating client visits;Interface with the customer from the production department through the quality department;Ensures that the technical requirements of the client are met;Provides support for meeting PPASP requirements and PPAP production;Prepares information for Lead Plant and Blaj location regarding P / N volumes and allocations (eg capacity charts, time clock diagram);Collaborates with the procurement department (PUR) for the release of new raw materials in order to ensure the delivery process in the optimal time and place;Plans and organizes resources for the Ramp-up process of a new product;Provides support in creating the Ramp-up plan, in coordinating new approvals (release) and new relocations;Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, on a temporary basis, set by the hierarchical superior.Participates in project activities and uses all available resources to implement the project (new or transfer) within the department;Ensures the implementation of ECR in production (eg creation of BOM) using available resources;Participates in client visits; Provides support in completing customer-specific capacity planning sheetsParticipates in the process of ensuring the necessary resources for the Ramp-up process of a new product;Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the temporary hierarchical superior, specific to the position.QualificationsTechnical studiesOrganizational skillsProblem solving skillsTeam orientationAbility to deal with conflictsCoordination skillsTime managementAnalytical thinkingGood communication and presentation skills
