Your Mission Your mission: as a Product Support Engineer, you will be in charge of the overall product support for discrepancies/bugs/ enhancements/customer education for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard channels email and ticketing tools. What you'll do at UiPathEscalation point of contact for UiPath software support in pre-sales and post- sales stagesHelp Top customers with the technical ticketsFeedback to the product teamEscalation of bugs to development and Product What you'll bring to the team2-3 years of technical experience (Development; Technical Support)Knowledge of docker, kubernetes, Redis, citrix, Linux is an advantageNetwork protocols and network administration knowledge, network securityVirtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/Xen-DesktopAbility to work in a cloud-based or hosting environment (Microsoft Azure Cloud,AWS,Google etc is a plus)Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL ServerExperience in writing PowerShell scripts is a plusExperience in creating Server Cluster Architectures (Failover Clusters, High Availability systems) is a plusVery good communication and customer presentation SkillsFluent written and spoken English#LI-CS1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
