Qualification: Degree - Engineer Specialization: Mechanical or Electrical Introduction Requirements Professional practice: min 2 years’ experience in production or operations; good knowledge of any production process Foreign language knowledge: English PC knowledge: User Other expected requirements: • People management • Decision making • Initiative and drive • Adaptability to change • Continuous improvement Information Responsibilities: Follow the technical, machine and process specification Scrap management (collection, separation, report, evidence) To ensure the implementation of production programmes To ensure product controls during the production process. To monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems. Effective production plan for each machine Follow daily production Process follow ups according to the documentation (R&D analysis) Cooperate to develop and launch new product Deploy and develop the continuous improvement program Tools management Guarantee the optimal start-up of new production lines. Auxiliary machine management Ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials Effective utilisation of the machines (minimize use, scrap, energy consumption ) Ensure the management and development of his workers. Ensure observance of health, safety and environmental norms and legislation.
