Production Team Leader
Qualifications
Experience in a similar position of at
least 5 years;Higher education in engineering;Knowledge of MS Office and SAP;Advanced knowledge of English - written,
spoken. German is an advantage;Use of quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone
Chart, 5 Why, etc.).
Responsibilities
Training, evaluation, coordination and
organization of the team, development and implementation of professional
development measures;Production and material planning;Adjustment of production orders and
realization of special programs;Managing audit (expertise);KPI management: defining, tracking and
ensuring the achievement of performance indicators. Proposing solutions for
optimizing the production process;Analyzing the causes of defects,
diagnosing them, establishing their type and way of removal;Recording, collecting, monitoring,
analyzing, evaluating and reporting data (equipment stations, costs, deadlines,
etc.), submitting recommendations for solving, improving and optimizing
problems;Document coordination: defining,
drafting, reviewing, displaying and archiving work instructions, manuals and
technical specifications;
