The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place. As an Account Manager, no two days are the same. You’ll spend most of your time in the field visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them and demonstrating our Hilti solutions. You will find yourself in different contexts: construction sites, company offices, production plants & much more. You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. You plan and organize your day-to-day work independently; The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The role is all about nurturing and fostering relationships, developing contacts on site with customers and helping them find the most innovative solutions for their needs. For us, it’s about the right person; the right person is passionate, curious, dedicated and a team player – our training will cover the rest! - You have a bachelor’s degree and you are business savvy; a degree in technical/construction field would be preferred - Minimum 3-year experience in sales is mandatory - Experience in B2B consultative sales is an advantage - Fluency in English - Driving license, category B is mandatory - Technical mindset and understanding of dynamics in construction business, especially in building construction or mechanical engineering segment - Team-player - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment, courage and competitive drive to find solutions - A thirst to learn and challenge yourself - Ability to work with a multi-level approach and to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
