We are recruiting for our client, an automotive company, greenfield, one of the key suppliers within automotive Global World, with manufacturing and R&D Centers within Europe, Asia and US.

The role and responsibilities: Implantation of the company in Romania
Currently the company has a local partner that offers its HR and IT infrastructure for a start.
The Program (Plant Manager) will:
- Arrange the construction work of Romania Plant, including workshop, office, warehouse
- Coordinate equipment suppliers and site installation team, to ensure the factory to achieve acceptance criteria as scheduled
- In charge of factory registration, recruitment, team building, as well as system certification work, such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc.
- Communicate with the Headquarter about the line transfer details, make preparations for receiving assembly line, dominate the installation work and the validation process in accordance with Customer’s requirements

Your profile
- Career level: Program Manager, Project Manager or Plant Manager
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automation engineering or other related
- Min. 8-year experience in automotive industry or automation in Romania
- With project management or factory operation experience
- Proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, good team player
- Good internal and external resources coordination ability
- Excellent cost control ability
- English is a must, Chinese is a plus
