Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Photovoltaics Site Manager to oversee the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that photovoltaic systems are installed and maintained safely and efficiently, managing the work of contractors and other personnel involved in the project, and monitoring the performance of the system to ensure that it meets the required specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems, ensuring that they are installed and maintained safely and efficiently Manage the work of contractors and other personnel involved in the project, including scheduling and coordinating work activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget, and resolving any issues that arise Monitor the performance of the system and ensure that it meets the required specifications and standards Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards Maintain accurate records of all work activities, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that all work is conducted in a timely and efficient manner Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in photovoltaic technology and industry best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field Experience in implementing photovoltaic system design, construction, and operation 8-10 years of experience as a construction site manager and a minimum of 2-3 years in photovoltaics project management.
