Requirements:
- Education: Engineer with a specialization in one of the following qualifications: Electromechanical, Architect
- Experience: 2+ years
- Geographical mobility;
- Skills: PC-literate, driver license B;
- Proactive, creative, high flexibility while working, team working but also high autonomy.
- Languages and level: English fluency; French or German as a second language.

The employed Project Engineer will become a fixed member of the IPS staff and will pass through sufficient training in our Technological Center in Eisenhüttenstadt (D). He/ She will start under normal Romanian salary conditions (+ some incentives) with increase potential after 6 months.
As an employee of IPS, you will actively participate in a wide spectrum of project work, ranging from small improvements to large industrial developments. The EPCM project services include multiple phases:
- Feasibility: Project and Process Description, Layout Engineering, Technical Specifications, Budgeting, Overall Time Schedule, Procurement Strategy;
- Project Preparation: Basic Engineering, Permitting, Procurement;
- Project Realization: Detailed Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Quality and Quantity Survey, Change Management, Commissioning Management.
