Could you be the full-time Power Supply Project Engineering Manager for Cluj Metro we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge rail project. You’ll report to the Project Manager for Power Supply Subsystem and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates in the D&IS Metro Cluj Line 1 Project Organisation.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the Power Supply Subsystem, ensuring delivery according to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) parameters. You’ll lead the engineering team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all technical requirements and regulations.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the technical scope of the Power Supply Subsystem of Cluj Metro Line 1, including customer acceptance of the technical solution
Overseeing technical risks and mitigation plans
Validating technical design choices and ensuring regulatory compliance
Manage the project POS solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments:
Tracking and managing technical changes and configuration
Leading design reviews and defining verification & validation criteria
Providing Bill of Materials / Quantities and verifying the Project Safety Case
Leading the project engineering team, allocating tasks and ensuring follow-up
Deploying engineering processes, methods, and tools
Supporting team assessment and knowledge capitalisation
Managing interfaces with the project core team, other subsystems, and external partners
Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests and supporting warranty actions All about you

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power, Energy Systems, or related subjects
Certification or further education in Business Administration and/or Project Management
Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical engineering/design, mass-transit/mainline railways, team management, project deployment, customer relationship, and international teams
Knowledge of metro systems with DC traction
Cost/planning control, product development lifecycle, safety background
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
