Join us in executing project-specific process governance for information management and tool governance! You will define and ensure the efficient flow of project information and the respective tool landscape, while also overseeing the execution of customer documentation. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating tasks and processes with all project-related stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Establish the project information standard, generation methods, and procedures, while coordinating the project’s common data environment (CDE) with all stakeholders. Produce technical documentation for partners and manage document and data deliverables from all project-related stakeholders. Set up tools and make project-specific adjustments, providing IT-related input across various disciplines to ensure reliable tool operation and interfaces. Introduce new software concepts in close collaboration with IT departments to drive BIM and digitalization initiatives. Support the General Project Manager as a Project Management Specialist, reporting directly to them to ensure project success. What You Bring
A Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering (Information Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering). Experience in executing large plant projects (turnkey and consortium) with interdisciplinary teams, including coordinating process interfaces. Knowledge of project and quality management methods. Familiarity with information management (DMS, IMS, Data engineering) and related IT tools, along with a solid understanding of information handling and data architecture, including cloud and web services. Experience in developing and implementing BIM methodologies and digitalized processes in project businesses and internal organizations based on ISO 19650. Fluent in German and English, with a strong business and results orientation. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, complemented by strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
