Scrum (regular) JIRA (regular) Project Management (advanced) Signal OS, a fast-growing real estate technology company, is seeking an energetic and results-driven IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of Signal OS solutions to our customers, which includes international real estate giants. Responsibilities:Lead the product and technology side of the business, including overseeing the development and delivery of the following applications: Parking management application Building access management application Guest invitation applicationAn abstraction level integrating building systemsWork closely with our product team and development team.Plan, implement, and control IT-related projects using SCRUM methodology.Utilize JIRA and KANBAN to manage project backlogs and sprints.Cooperate with technical experts, participate in designing, and evaluating IT systems. Requirements:Positive energy and a drive to achieve results organizationally, and professionally.At least 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and controlling IT-related projects using SCRUM methodology.Experience using JIRA, and KANBAN to manage project backlogs and sprints.Understanding of UX principles.Familiarity with designing and evaluating IT systems.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with technical experts. Nice to have:Previous experience with real estate.IT/Technology expert position in the past.Project Management certification.Understanding of IT/Technology, including IoT, API, backend, databases, VPN, cloud, and virtual machine.
