These will be your responsibilities:   Management of the company's strategic projects: coordination and completion of projects on time, within the budget and in line with the objectives, applying agile project management methodologies and processes. Builds together with Agile teams and project members the project plan, adapted to the incremental way of working, as well as hybrid where this is necessary. Tracks project status, completion and results for testing, MVP or pilots realized during the project implementation. Coordinates the supplier selection process, manages the budget during the project and monitors the contracts and their results. Ensures the development and evolution of the project within the established parameters, to comply with the established contractual conditions. Monitors the involvement of project teams and members and facilitates obtaining the necessary resources. Creates and maintains the set of documents required for each project. Directly involved in the measurement and reporting of the agreed metrics. Identify and manage risks arising during the project, mediating conflicts, facilitating decisions, in a collaborative and transparent way. Coordinates communication with all relevant departments that may impact the scope, budget, risks, and resources involved. Using continuous improvement techniques, proposes and follows up changes that can optimize the workflow. You will not be doing that alone, but with a team that loves to work with and for people ??   It’s necessary that you came up with:   Master or Bachelor degree Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminologies. General knowledge about the development cycle of software products (specifications, design, Previous experience in a Project Management role (preferably on IT/Digital or technology projects); PC skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint, Jira, etc.; Risk & issues management. Organizational simplification & optimization.   It would be even greater, but not mandatory, if you had:   Agile, Scrum of Scrums Master experience.
