Project Manager in Bucuresti

For our Team in Bucharest we are currently looking for support as:

Project Manager 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project end-to-end, act as the main point of communication between internal team and client, dealing with all requests and queries
  • Responsible for achievement of objectives (PKI – Personnel Cost Indicator, SL – Service Level, HCR – Handled Call Rate, any other KPI established by CCM or/and by partner)
  • Responsible for statistics, reports and budget plans
  • Responsible for daily business jobs as, resources planning, workforce management, forecast analysis, quality management, employees motivation, others CCC directives
  • Responsible for driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities
  • Proactively support Call Center Management in analysis of customer requirements/needs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and written skills in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage)
  • Experience of 5 years of experience in leading a team of at least 80-100 members within an outsourcing customer service environment
  • Capabale to manage expectations and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, from external partner and senior management to project team members
  • Capable of understanding very fast business processes and what is relevant in terms of business growth
  • Capabale of manage final decisions on administrative or operational issues to ensure the effective achievement of operational objectives
  • Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail, with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work calmly in challenging situations and understand the concept of adding value through your contributions
  • MS Office skills advanced level
