The Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk (ECR) team spearheads these efforts. The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of a product/service. They manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying market requirements for current and future products. They lead ideation, technical development, and launch of new products. Additionally, they establish a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Key Activities Collaborate closely with the Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents Collaborates with engineering leads to develop project milestones and facilitates the development and testing progress against milestones Collaborates with other project managers across different BUs in developing new features and ensuring appropriate support for delivery Attends project meetings, provides project status to the Project/Program Manager, and assumes ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program Effectively applies ELC / IT PMO methodology and enforces project standards across projects and work efforts Provides Project Financial Management, to: Ensure project funding processes are completed Manage project budget and changes Track and report team hours and expenses every week Update project forecasts every month Track and report on project burn rate Creates and coordinates communication with stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget, and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Ensure all programs and projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget Collaborate with Projects/Governance Teams to kick off new projects, submit project documentation, and report project status Responsible for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures Manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately Directs and monitors work efforts daily & selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to addressing technical/functional, process, and/or people challenges Participate in collecting requirements and developing reports and metrics Participate in the design and development of an updated ICR SharePoint site Qualifications Technical Skills and Qualifications Marketing Technology Applications/product feature design/product and platform development and management Understanding of “Black Book” consumer management, campaign management, training and delivery, large platform support and maintenance Integration Technologies Web Technologies Cybersecurity / Product Security Problem management SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management Understanding of future technologies Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Timeline management Strong Financial tracking skills Ability to work with matrixed teams Functional Skills Knowledge of budgeting and work scheduling tools and techniques SDLC Methodologies - Agile / Scrum / Rapid Development / Iterative Development / Waterfall Release / Deployment management Incident Management High Performing Leadership Competencies Understands how contributions fit into the overall strategy Identifies resistance to change and proactively addresses obstacles Recognizes and celebrates success Creates partnerships to achieve strategic priorities Encourages creativity when problem-solving Proactively shares best practices and seeks diverse perspectives to arrive at the best solution Job: Information Technology Primary Location: RO-B-Bucharest Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 2215795
