Key Responsibilities
- Assure project execution, ensuring client satisfaction, consistent with cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Serve as the prime point of contact between the Client and the company.
- Ensure project execution in accordance with Client procedures and requirements.
- Manage and coordinate activities of all project personnel.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- English language efficiency and fluency. Romanian language knowledge is considered an advantage
- Driving license.
- Ability to work on military bases and pass associated security requirements.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills.
- Ability to operate reliably in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment.
- Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations.
