The key fundamentals and challenges are to improve the client, user journey experience, improve the process and data journey which allow to build sustainable, robust IT solution and meet the market and regulation evolutions. In terms way of working, we are working in end-to-end perspective with agile mindset between business, Operations and IT teams worldwide and co-design with +200 end users' community.In the context of transformation, we built one global in-house platform leveraging with some digital market solutions (AI, machine learning, …) as enabler.
