Job Summary • Overall responsibility for leading the tender process on quotes and Level 1 tenders, from receipt of ITT to handover to project execution. • Demonstrate that due diligence has been followed with respect to the delivery schedule and costing, and obtain management approvals in line with tender governance rules.• Acts as main tendering point of contact for the customer and manages the response to all tender bulletins and requests for clarifications.• Responsible for the efficient handover to project execution following contract award.• Monitor progress of the requested input and take ownership for resolving conflicts/issues that arise.• Compile supporting documentation and commercial assumptions.
