A Snapshot of Your Day

Oversee the relay protection engineering tasks, including the detailed design of mid and high-voltage transmission projects. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop Protection Conceptual Document ( P&C single line diagram, Interlocking logic, Trip loc)
  • Develop AC/DC Schematic Diagrams and Interconnection Diagram
  • Perform protection coordination study incl. determination of correct protection settings.
  • Develop Bill of Material and Panel Layout for FACTS Protection 
  • Develop wiring diagrams.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Test for Protection 

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Power Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • Experience with a focus on protection, control or communications design for transmission and medium or high voltage substations.
  • Knowledge on ANSI standards, IEC standards knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with various vendor protective relay equipment typically used in substation protection, including SEL, Siemens, Reyrole.
  • Proficient in English Language, strong communication skills, teamwork and dedicated.
  • Willingness to spend several days at customer sites and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%).
