You are detail-oriented and process-driven. You work to understand features, review technical designs, and work with Product team members and Engineers to design and execute manual test suites that ensure quality features with efficiency. On this team, you develop and execute manual tests to ensure our Pros web and mobile products maintain the highest standards of performance and quality. You ensure our application runs smoothly and meets the needs of our Pros (service professionals). What you do each day: Design and enhance robust manual test scripts for our web and mobile applicationsConduct review of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackDevelop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases on different test levels (integration, system, functional, regression, exploratory testing)Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsDocument testing outcomes, failure reasons, discussions, and decisions made for historical tracking purposesParticipate in iteration planning meetings and daily stand-ups to stay on top of things and report progressWork closely with team squads to clarify requirements, ensure testability and provide feedback on design (functional and technical)Become a vocal champion for quality in every phase of the development processWork closely with development to facilitate unit tests and integration testsStay abreast of industry-best tools, methods, and best practices related to manual testing Qualifications: 3+ years of QA Testing ExperienceFluency in Polish and EnglishStrong analytical & problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Experience using issue-tracking software like JiraExperience using test management toolsExperience developing, writing, and executing detailed test cases/test plansWhat will help you succeed in this role:Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs; excellent time management skills requiredPassion for product quality and eagerness to learn new technologiesComfortable working cross-functionally to drive application quality, including reviewing application requirements and assisting with design for testability Sounds interesting?
