Description SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEERThe successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with proven abilities in developing test tools and frameworks.Primary Duties and Responsabilities:Researching and evaluating existing product. Review and provide feedback on design and architectural documents for new features in the roadmapPerform quality assurance testing for agile, web applications, tools and software featuresUsing automation testing methods to complete UI/Integration tests, responsive and break point testing, accessibility validation, API/functional tests, security tests, performance and load testsBuild code coverage, code quality and static analysis tools to detect problems earlyExperience driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements and testing;Developing tests and automation mechanisms to enforce a high-quality standard;Offering constant and relevant feedback related to progress, risks, needs that may occurProviding exhaustive and complete troubleshooting before escalationWork with Product Management teams, development and business owners to develop and execute, acceptance and test plans establish and to establish the technical vision for test frameworks and automation at TwitchProduce accurate estimates and participate in daily task tracking activitiesQualification & Requirements:Scripting language experience such as Python, Java,C# & .NET1-5 years applied experience as Quality Engineer (QE)Knowledge of system performance testing or benchmarking toolsUnderstanding of product release cycles, code repositories, branching, labelling and packagingAbility to develop performance test scripts using open source (e.g. Apache JMeter, Jasmine, JUnit5, Selenium) and industry standard tools (e.g. HP LoadRunner) Good verbal and written communication skills High level of fluency in written and spoken EnglishNice to have:A passion for delivering quality softwareAbility to learn, plan and be organizedOpen and honest approach to challengesA strong sense of ownership and responsibilityExperience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settingsExperience with Appium and automated testing on mobile devicesJava experience is a plusWhat we offer:An attractive salary along with meal ticketsMedical Services PackageProfessional and friendly working environmentRelaxation areas with all sorts of activitiesEasy-to-access headquarters located in Charles de Gaulle Plaza
