This is a senior role in the Technology function in PeakData, you will be leading the Quality Assurance discipline responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct and improve our final products in order to meet established quality standards. You will: Be a key member of the Technology Leadership team bringing software and data quality assurance thought leadership to the software development and data services development lifecycles.Lead the Quality Assurance Community of Practice ensuring best practice adoption of quality assurance policies, processes, procedures and tools across the organisation Expert in the unit test, integration tests, system tests, acceptance tests, and security test Bring thought leadership and demonstrable experience in introducing an automated regression test capability in a similar data-rich environment. Engage with Product, Technology and Professional Services teams to adopt and follow a pragmatic and effective approach to quality assurance Mentor develops and calibrates the Test SMEs in Development & Professional Services Create and deliver appropriate training to meet agreed standards and accreditations Set and meet quality assurance OKRs and demonstrate attainment through KPIs What you need to succeed: Deep understanding of software and data quality assurance and proven testing experience Strong working knowledge of tools methods and concepts of software and data quality assurance Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (GDPR, etc) Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English Excellent data collection and analysis skills Familiarity with AWS and Python ecosystem, Strong attention to detail Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist Practical knowledge of monitoring the quality of ML solutions will be a plus You will get: Work on life-changing product development – make a real impact.
