We are currently looking for experienced talents who would like to join our R&D group and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way! As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation. Your role as QA Lead requires quality engineering experience in the field of both manual and automatic testing to be a natural team player and empathetic leader with a desire to motivate, develop and support QA team members. You will spend your time mostly on: - managing testing processes (50%) - technical leadership and knowledge sharing (~30%) - internal meetings (~15%) - recruitment and administrative tasks (~5%) Your responsibilities: Design and run manual and/or automated, functional and non-functional testsOwn, drive and improve testing process, tools and metrics usedSet goals and develop strategies in the QA areaSetting and maintaining test documentation standardsLead the QA team, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharingMake continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automationCooperate with Product and Development teams to ensure proper scope of testingAssist in recruitment and development of other team members Our expectations: Have 5+ years of experience testing modern applications in a commercial environmentHave 2+ years of experience as an QA LeadSolid experience in test automationGood interpersonal skills and communicative EnglishGood knowledge about test automation of REST APIKnowledge of software development life cycle and QA methodologiesExperience with CI/CDUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (mainly Scrum and Kanban) Would be your advantage: Sports rules knowledgeExperience with SQL How do we work? We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread. We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).
