Job Description:Coordinates the documents, collects and enters the data associated with the information received from the customer for the Quality function. Completes the task under limited supervision.Responsibilities: Provides administrative support through activities of preparing statistical reports and addressing information requests, either routine or complex. Collects, compiles and verifies the information and enters it correctly in documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and in office systems such as databases and spreadsheets. Completes data collection, data entry and generation of reports on various activities of the department. Performs auxiliary tasks, for example prepares correspondence, welcomes visitors, organizes teleconferences and schedules meetings. Participates as a team member in projects and activities to improve the department’s business, as needed.
