Our client is a leading Belgian manufacturer of hospital furniture. The company is active in a newly constructed production hall, equipped with the most modern CNC machinery.
Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met.
You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You will analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of methodologies and standards of quality assurance (such as QRM, Lean manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9001)
- Ability to understand concepts related to a technical production environment
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Reliable project management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and to established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good level of English language
- University degree in Engineering or similar
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
