Engineering Job Family: Engineering What will your job be about Lead the preventive Quality Assurance activities; Review and identify Product and/or Process related Quality risks, highlight to Project Manager(s) and/or other appropriate persons; Responsible to lead internally Quality Assurance activities and to set up internal preparation meeting in front of the APQP Review with Customers; Project Manager with support from PQL, presents status of APQP preparations on Customers review meetings; Coordinate Quality Improvement meetings internally and/or together with Customers; Present countermeasure (8D) report to customer; Highlight quality concern towards affiliate and issue claim in GQRS system; ensure containment actions are implemented in affiliate production and/or sub supplier production; report 3D report to customer; Follow up progress and report to affiliate (and if necessary to customers) progress and result of sorting/rework activity; If necessary, visit customers warranty departments to analyze rejected material, visit customers purchasing department for quality issues, visit customers production lines to analyze rejected material (or coordinate Quality Resident Engineers). What We Are Looking For Technical University Degree (graduate diploma) Analytical mindset Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement English language - good to advanced level Previous 4 - 6 years work experience in automotive industry, Quality area Advanced skills in Automotive Quality Core Tools like 8D, SPC, Ishikawa, Kaizen Experience in handling critical situations internally, with customers and suppliers Open mind and open for continuous learning in order to improve self and organization performance Strong project-management skills, sense of ownership, urgency and drive We are looking forward to receive your application and to get to know you.
