Job Description
- Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
- Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
- Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints and 8D, problem solving sheet PSS, Concessions;
- Coordinates, follows-up and check the line release documents;
- Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts (Q Alert, 8D, PSS, PDCA);
- Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information (14 Q Principles, QAM, 4M, 5S, Stop Board);
- Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
- Responsible to manage the quarantine area, block, store, scrap and release parts according to coresponding documents;
- Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
- Is responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
- Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
- Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
