Quality Manager in Timisoara

Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an Associate Quality Manager to join their business in Romania.

Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze quality performance and process capability

• Make observations, identify trends and patterns

• Define quality initiatives for the project

• Drive Process Improvement and Innovation

• Track NPS and ASAT and plan improvement actions

• Identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automation

Collaboration

• Work together with stakeholders to create improvement proposals

• Provide process consultancy for project initiatives

• Contribute to customer presentations

• Participate in process definition initiatives

Adherence

• Monitor and improve process compliance and performance for the project

• Ensure that project quality processes are adhered to as per customer’s requirement and quality framework

• Participate in audits and reviews

Governance

• Provide useful MIS to the project

• Present initiatives and achievements on business reviews

• Follow up escalations for improvement

• Lead and mentor Quality Team Lead

Requirements:

• Good data analytic and interpretation skills, continuous improvement mindset and toolset

• Good communication skills, good stakeholder expectation management skills

• Structured thinking, agile mindset, good presentation skills

• Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, other quality improvement methodology and project exposure are an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years in a Contact Centre environment preferably in a Quality role
