This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, political opinion or disability status.We are looking for a Raws and Packs Procurement Manager in Romania who will be conducting and managing the purchasing process for the local categories of primary packaging and raw materials, 3rd party manufacturing in order to provide a competitive advantage for Danone, while satisfying the needs of internal customers, taking into account quality, service and costs.Acting as Business Partner for the Raws & Packs sourced via Dantrade, will be the procurement SPOC to ensure Procurement Performance, challenge demand requirements, drive innovation and ensure project implementation.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPROCUREMENT PROCESS & STRATEGY• Development of a procurement strategic priorities for the allocated categories, in terms of securing supplies, optimizing costs, selecting appropriate business partners.• Assess sourcing opportunities, Develop demand & supply profiles• Roll out central category materials/3PM strategies for relevant categories• Constructively challenge central category strategy to ensure it best fits to regional business strategyREPORTING• Support interface Finance / Dantrade for price reviews/ accuracy • Monthly overview / Dashboard preparationSUPPLIER MANAGEMENT• Materials and 3PM BCP Roadmap definit i on and implementation for business region to avoid NS loss• Supplier base performance management: capacity check, facilitate structural quality, service problem resolution cooperating with Dantrade and other functions.• Working with suppliers on cost reduction programs and/or innovation ideas• Perform ongoing supplier performance reporting, execute supplier development projectsMARKET MONITORING, INNOVATION AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION• Participation in Innovation, OnePplanetOneHealth Projects as Procurement representative• Drive supplier discovery & selection criteria, Participate in sourcing event selection, Participate in supplier selection & negotiation (with Category Sourcing Manager), Ideate innovation initiatives• Ensure feasibility in Select phase with Categories / Local Resources.
