We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging top talent for a variety of roles worldwide. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for global positions across various industries. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using different recruitment platforms and channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely communication with candidates. Qualifications: Proven experience in global recruitment, ideally as a freelancer. Expertise in sourcing talent across different regions and industries. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Location: Remote - Global Contract Type: Freelance Compensation: Paid in USD, competitive based on placement.
