This is the roleAnalyses data from system queries to support a supply category reporting any issues and ensure zero downtime downtime caused by sourcing and procurement partResponsible for day-to-day relationships with suppliers, developing the supplier and the relationship to meet current and future operational requirementsMonitor the suppliers’ performance including KPIs and claims, and participates in supplier selection activitiesManage contracts through their lifecycle and negotiate the additional terms with suppliers if neededManage the supply base tactical and operational mattersWorking on vendor creation, claims management and contract signatureReviews performance metrics on a regular basis and identify improvement areasCollaborates with different stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into procurement/ purchasing plansThis Is Who You AreUniversity degree (Bachelor or Master) or 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chainStrong understanding of procurement processes and suppliers.Solid understanding of fundamental contracting principlesGood analytical skills.SAP, Excel, procurement tools and applications such as Master Data, Alusta, e-procure, EDI are a plusGood communication skillsResult orientation, flexibility, teamwork, problem solving. Autonomy, planning and organizing. Strong cultural awarenessFluent Romanian and good English
