In this role, you will drive the development and performance of the Regional Technical Support organization across Eastern Europe. You will lead technical excellence, build strong competencies, and ensure consistent service quality across direct and indirect channels.

Your Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop the regional technical support team, ensuring high engagement, clear expectations, and continuous competence developmentAct as the regional technical authority, supporting complex cases and ensuring consistent standards, tools, and processesDrive technical support execution, providing expert guidance to service teams, dealers, and customersBuild and strengthen competence across the region through structured training, certification, and knowledge sharingSupport and develop dealer networks, ensuring alignment in technical standards and service qualityMonitor performance and drive continuous improvement, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practicesCollaborate across functions (Service, Sales, Product Companies) to improve service delivery and business performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.What We Expect from You
Experience and Education
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)Several years of experience in technical support or service environmentExperience in leading technical teams and developing competencesGood understanding of Power Technique equipment or a similar industrySkills and Competencies
Strong leadership and coaching capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with focus on problem-solving and improvementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a multicultural and matrix organizationProfessional English and one Eastern European languageJob location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site with our partner and in Atlas Copco office.
