ING Bank Romania is an universal bank with more than 1.8 million customers from three business segments: individuals (retail), SME and Mid-Corporate companies and Wholesale Banking.Join us!Your Day to DayResponsible to initiate, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and to ensure excellent client service.As a Relationship Manager in the Business Banking team, you serve companies with a turnover ranging from EUR 2 million to EUR 5 millionRepresent and promote the ING name on the local market.Conduct negotiations aimed at setting up deals and credit facilities.Ensure an efficient cross-selling of the products offered by ING.Prepare, with the support of the responsible departments, the indicative offers (current account, deposit account, credit facilities etc);Responsible for preparation of the credit applications (including financial analysis, evaluation of business risks, structure risks etc.Responsible for performing specific tasks related to know-your-client related procedures.Maintain liaison with Lending, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance departments, and ING Offices - on business related matters.Responsible to follow up on the branch marketing plan for Business Banking, meeting the agreed business objectives.What you bring to the teamUniversity degree in finance or related fields.At least 2 years’ experience in a similar job.Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, credit structuring and banking products in general.Advanced level knowledge of foreign languages (English is mandatory, other language is a plus).Good connection capacity; negotiation and selling skills.Excellent Verbal and written communication; market knowledge and networking abilities are highly appreciated.Able to deal with challenges, adaptability to people and situations.Work cooperatively under pressure.Driving license.Good time management, able to set up priorities and diligently monitor progress of processes under implementation.What we offerImpactful work in a fun and collaborative environment.Open-concept offices designed for both teamwork and relaxation.Corporate events and social gatheringsHybrid way of working with flexible working schedule and short week options.Monthly budget on Benefit platform.Extra annual leave days depending on the total length of working experience.Growth opportunities through upskilling/ reskilling programs and a variety of learning and development platforms: ING Learning Centre, Udemy, Bookster, as well as through trainings and certifications.Possibility to access Internal roles, International Short-Term Assignments or Long-Term Assignments.Context to make an impact through Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
