We provide web and mobile-based apps powered by rich data pipelines and communication tools for entire markets and customer segments.Vendor Solutions is implementing product solutions that drive the daily work of our Account Management partners in the regions, automate tailor-made business improvement recommendations to our vendors, guide them with valuable data analysis & insights and drive & focus the daily work of our Account Management partners in the regions towards the best commercial outcomes.We are a motivated team of engineers, data scientists and Product managers that work on an agile, self-organizing team set up with a strong emphasis on collaborative ownership and focus on moving fast and forward.Your MissionWork within our teams to help build data products and a data mesh architecture to support data science, dashboarding, and web-facing production tooling.Gather and process raw data at scale (incl. writing programs & scripts, SQL, calling APIs, etc.)Extract data from various third-party tools and APIs, e.g., Google BigQuery, and many othersDevelop and maintain ETL processing pipelines for daily batch, data ingestion, and sharing.Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and agility of data pipelinesBuild data pipelines to feed machine learning models and decision engines for real-time and large-scale offline use casesCreate real-time pipelines to provide Product and Business teams with real-time data.Develop strategy and processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and engineering practices and standardsProvide support and recommendations to data stakeholdersCollaborating with data scientists and architects on projectsWhat you bring to the table:3+ years of experience designing and developing data transformation, transport, and data serving applications in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) at scale.Experience with ETL framework (we use Airflow), data engineering tools like MapReduce, Apache Hadoop, and Spark.Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, including reliability and performance optimizationCreative Problem-solving skills.Fluent English communication skills.Experience working in agile environments.Nice to HaveGeneral Data Science knowledge: basic statistics, AI and ML conceptsExperience with Docker, Travis, Airflow, Terraform, Spark, Redshift, BigQuery, k8sAbout us:As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience fast, easy, and to your door.
