Remote Operations Manager in Sibiu

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery managers to ensure they effectively manage their teams and meet operational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in performance management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Being accountable for business results for the managed accounts.
  • Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across all delivery teams.
  • Establish and implement best practices for remote and hybrid team management, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Overseeing launch activities when required.
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and feedback among delivery teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Act as a liaison between delivery teams and upper management, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives across the organization.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Make data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively and prioritize team initiatives.
  • Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to understand client needs and expectations, ensuring that delivery teams are aligned with client objectives.
  • Participate in key client meetings as needed, providing insights into team performance and delivery capabilities.
  • Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (managing managers).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results-oriented nature.
  • Ability to manage/integrate business and organizational changes, as well as cascading accordingly to managed teams.
  • Excellent relationship skills, including significant experience working with executives level.
  • Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • English proficiency.
