Play a pivotal role in blending different components seamlessly, injecting fresh insights into our systems integration strategy.  Inspire Collaboration: Engage and lead your team through example and mentorship, fostering a culture of motivation and shared success.    What We Require:   Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Senior Developer role, with a proven track record in developing low-latency, Spring Boot-based, multi-threaded Java applications.  Technical Proficiency: Experience with Apache Kafka is highly desirable. Prior exposure to C++ is advantageous.
