Remote Senior Product Manager with German in Constanţa

Offer description We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, possess a strong background in Product Management, and demonstrate expertise in developing and managing B2B SaaS products. Your responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals, ensuring the continued growth and success of our B2B SaaS offerings. Taking ownership on a new launched Add-On Product. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Translate insights into actionable product improvements and innovations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers and Developers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, features, and releases. Prioritize initiatives based on market demands, customer feedback, and business objectives. Advocate for an exceptional user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and ensuring product design aligns with customer expectations and usability standards. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers. Deliver presentations and documentation in both German and English. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and remain competitive in the market. Requirements description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (+7 years) in Product Management, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products. Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (Interaction with German speaking clients required). Previous experience in leading a product team together with a Product Designer and had full ownership of the product. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience working in an agile development environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
