Job Description Our client is searching for a Reporting Specialistto join their business inRomania.Job Description:Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate insightful reports and presentations that aid in organizational decision-making. They collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs, develop efficient reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy and consistencyResponsibilities:Analyze reports and recommend corrective actions that support the fulfillment of ticket-handling KPIsResponsible for data analysis, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for assigned customerCollate reports, exceptions, and variance analysisDesign report structure and define data requirements required for data analysisUse data analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable tasks to share with stakeholders to drive improvements & decisionsDrive proactive measures of improvement operations through an analytical mindset and forward-looking trend analysis.Responsible for tracking and updating the corrective actions in the ticket-handling toolRegular governance with stakeholders for data alignment.Automate the Management reports with the help of relevant tools.Structure Reporting Portals/tools to enable online reporting.Decipher the Scope of improvement within the respective role/ function and drive Process and Quality improvement.Implement automation to minimize manual reporting efforts in collaboration with reporting leadsKnowledge and Experience:Highly developed and demonstrated problem-solving, analytical & numeric, and strong verbal/written communication skills are essentialExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in data analysis and business performance measuresProficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Hands-on experience in applying quality practices (lean & Six Sigma) to develop corrective actionsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically concerning Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI)Having at least 2-3 years of directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
