These oils are marketed both on the domestic and foreign markets, and the protein grits are sold, to a large extent, to individuals and animal feed producers in is currently looking for a Continuous improvement Continuous Improvement program :- Manage 3 to 4 lean or 6-sigma projects within your scope per year, to achieve financial, technical and organisational results (€400K savings per year),- Propose and participate in the selection of continuous improvement projects within your scope, and support the Sponsors in monitoring projects,- Supervise the EOS project leaders (Green Belt, Yellow Belt) within your scope in carrying out their projects,- Actively contribute to the consolidation of gains and Operational Excellence reporting within your scope,- Leading continuous improvement projects for all the businesses within your scope (Operations, R&D, Support Functions, etc.),- Providing White Belt training and helping to organise Yellow Belt training.- Sharing best practice, communicating and disseminating the Operational Excellence culture within your scope,- Liaise with HR and managers to identify employees for inclusion in Weelean programmes.Coordinate the BU Digital strategy :- Lead the improvement of industrial operations qualifications :Results oriented, you demonstrate leadership skills to bring your projects to the end. You are aware or the Agile development methodology. You are fluent in demonstrate an excellent communication & pedagogic first experience in the use of statistical tools and/or methodologies, would be an a reminder, you can be a volunteer if you meet the following 5 conditions :- Be between 18 and 28 years of age on the date of registration.
