Retail Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description The job holder is responsible for our retail business in Romania. Main focus on developing anoutstanding retail image which aligned with brand MKT direction, bring a premium and unforgettable purchase experience for consumers to drive sustainable sales growth in each possible POS.Responsibilities:Supervise the developing and implementation of the merchandising strategy for all products in all retail POS and align with global brand image;Leading sales force team management and training strategy development;Cooperate with sales team and regional team to build strong relationship with channel customers in order to obtain competitive resources;Be responsible in product Sell Out and monitoring ROI of key stores in all KA by setting targets, control the process and actions review;Develop and maintain the relationship with retailers and business partners;Internal process and budget control, supervise the overall operation to ensure cost effective and quality store operations.Qualifications:Experience from sales or retail/training – 3 -5 years.Strong execution, steadfast and serious, proactive, good at communicating with others ;Excellent communication and coordination skills, overall planning skills ; good sense of service and teamwork spirit ;Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.Able to use English and Romanian to write in communicative language;Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self motivated and self-directed
