We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to play a key role in shaping and managing our global rewards framework. This is a global role and will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of rewards programs, policies and processes across all regions.
This position combines both strategic input and hands-on execution, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant mobility solutions that support organizational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure FLSmidth's compensation programs remain competitive and equitable.
Participate in the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive plan administration.
Support the design and implementation of new benefit programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Administer existing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and presentations for management and HR stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to provide expert advice and support on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within HRIS systems for all compensation and benefits information.
Communicate compensation and benefits policies and programs to employees, addressing inquiries and providing clear explanations.
Stay informed about industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in an international or global organization.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market benchmarking methodologies.
Experience with benefit program administration, including health and welfare plans, and retirement plans.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Annual gross salary: 173,000 - 221,000 Ron
