Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Contract: Permanent
Languages: Romanian (C1) + English (B2)
Schedule:Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 18:00 Days Off - 2 Rotative days
Planned - Evening shift to be introduced - 13:00 to 22:00

Your responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content (videos, posts, complaints, legal notices)
- Ensure platform compliance with policies and copyright standards
- Maintain high accuracy and quality KPIs
- Support a safe and positive online community
- Collaborate with global teams and continuously develop product knowledge

- Strong attention to detail & computer skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, repetitive environments
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible for shift-based schedules
- Previous customer support/content moderation experience is a plus
