Role description:
We are looking for experienced RPA Developers to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions for complex, high-visibility projects.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using UiPath, working closely with stakeholders to transform business processes into scalable, intelligent solutions.
What you'll be doing:- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automations
- Develop, test, and optimize workflows across the full SDLC
- Integrate automation solutions with Python, APIs, and cloud environments
- Implement advanced capabilities such as:
- Intelligent Document Processing
- AI/LLM-driven components
- Agentic AI workflows
- Build scalable, containerized solutions using Docker & Kubernetes
- Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation performance
Profile:
- Strong experience with UiPath (development, Orchestrator, deployment)
- 2+ years experience in automation or software development
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation integration
- Experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and document processing
- Good understanding of SQL, scripting, and system integration
- Strong communication skills in Romanian & English
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI orchestration or agent-based systems
- Exposure to industries like finance, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare
- Experience with UAT, stakeholder management, or IT project delivery
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
