Key Responsibilities
- Host live interactive sessions in Russian from our modern studio in Bucharest.
- Deliver an engaging and professional experience for online participants.
- Follow established procedures and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude during live sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational policies.
- Collaborate closely with studio teams, supervisors, and technical staff.
- Represent the company professionally both on and off camera.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian (C1-C2 level).
- Good English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in front of a camera.
- Positive attitude and strong presentation abilities.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work onsite in Bucharest.
