Job Description
- Ensures the continuous adaption of MES system functionalities to integrate new processes, new equipment and new customer requirements
- Ensures the implementation in the plants
- Ensure know how level of MES systems on a global level
- Documents and ensures the realization and training of standards within the production plants / country organization
- Develops a standard equipment layout according to LEAN principles for use in plant layouts
- Supports the development and implementation of Production Management strategic roadmap
- Ensures the continuous improvement of standards and sharing of best practice with country experts within Production Infrastructure Team
Qualifications
- Technical education (Mechanical/electrical/industrial)
- Significant experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in different wiring harness processes of wire preparation area
- Word, Excel, Power Point knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MES systems, connectivity of equipment to MES systems, practical experience in implementing MES systems.
- Advanced level of English ( written and spoken).
