YOUR CHALLENGES
You will contribute to achieving the best sales results by managing commercial and technical activities, including:
Administrative activities related to offer management: updating and managing the CRM
Support in market analysis and lead generation
Development of feasibility studies (technical and economic)
Based in the Bucharest office, interface with the offer engineering team at headquarters (Italy) for offer development
Contact with local suppliers and contractors for turnkey solutions
Preparation of commercial offers and related documentation for new equipment and after-sales services
Creation and management of databases based on supplier offers
Continuous monitoring of energy regulations relevant to the assigned area
Support in preparing sales contracts in coordination with the legal department at headquarters
Technical support during meetings with potential customers
Technical support during site surveys to identify the most suitable solutions
Collaboration with Sales and Technical teams for tender analysis and documentation
Direct support to the GM in sales reporting activities
You will report directly to the GM
You will work within the Sales team, supporting ASM and RSM, with direct interaction with the Technical (Vertical/Proposal) Team in the Italy HQ
WHY WE WOULD CHOOSE YOU
You hold a degree in energy, mechanical, or electrical engineering
Knowledge of thermodynamics and energy is desirable
You have gained initial work or internship experience in a technical-commercial context
Experience in building technical offers is desirable
You are passionate about the sustainable energy sector (CHP, biogas, biomethane) and want to orient your career by specializing in this field
You want to work in a multinational and dynamic group
You have good knowledge of English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
You have excellent knowledge of Excel
You are flexible, curious, detail-oriented and you have good analytical skills
You can work independently but always within a team context
You are oriented in respecting the deadlines
Tenders’ procedure knowledge would be a plus
Team worker able to combine office activities with traveling
You have a valid driving license (B category)
