As our Sales Channels Business AnalystYou will be part of the Sales Channels Integration team which onboards vidaXL as a seller or vendor on external platforms – online marketplaces, B2B platforms and others. You have an enthusiastic international team that can get you up to speed.What you will doAnalyzes the technical platform requirements of the respective sales channel, including API documentation and translates business requirements into technical specifications and development requestsAnalyzes the integration options in the aspects of order management, inventory updates and content creationChooses the optimal integration methods in liaison with the other members of the Integration team and configures the order connection in the internal message busProvides support to the software development teams involved in the integrationConducts testing of new integrations before they go live, creates and updates tickets related to the integrationCommunicates with stakeholders in other departments during the process of new integration and updates to existing integrations and communicates with technical specialists on the Sales Channel side and resolves technical integration issues.Must havesUniversity degree;Proactive mentality, ability to work independently and manage your agendaKnowledge of programming languages and deep understanding of APIsMinimum 2 years’ experience on a similar position – IT business analyst, technical support in a software environment, or equivalentAdvanced web user, knowledge of data formats (XML / CSV / XLS), experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira);Excellent verbal and written language skills in EnglishExperience on online marketplaces and knowledge of the Mirakl platform will be considered a strong advantage.vidaXL as employervidaXL is a dynamic and international company that stimulates curiosity, passion and personal development. vidaXL applauds thinking big and taking on new challenges.
